Integrated Bank Technology, Goldleaf Enter Into Strategic Partnership

Cedar Park, Tex.-based Integrated Bank Technology (IBT), provider of engineering software for in-house and ASP environments, has entered into a strategic alliance with Goldleaf Financial Solutions (Norcross, Ga.), to provide core, teller and outsourced item processing to Goldleaf's clients.

In addition, IBT will acquire Goldleaf's core processing and WinTELLER lines of business.

Says Mike Golebiowski, IBT's president, the acquisition of Goldleaf's core processing and WinTELLER business lines and its current users presents a unique opportunity to take an established client base, along with IBT's existing client base, and add a new dimension of integration and products that continue to add substantial value for customers.
