DSB Bank Chooses Finacle for Retail Banking Transformation Initiative

DSB Bank (Netherlands) has selected Finacle Universal Banking Solution from Infosys (Bangalore) to power its retail banking transformation initiative.

DSB will replace its legacy core banking platforms with the Finacle core banking and integrated CRM solution, in addition to Finacle treasury solution. Finacle will also power the setting up of an online savings bank for DSB and Finacle will also enable DSB to explore new markets like Germany and Belgium.

Says Hans van Goor, chief operating officer and member, board of executives of DSB Bank, "Transforming our technology platform is a strategic initiative to address DSB's new business requirements, enhance customer experience, and be nimble to respond to market changes. Finacle from Infosys will enable the bank to create a differentiated customer experience through innovative product offerings, seamless integration across channels and proactively respond to new business opportunities."
