Geithner Gets Grief from GOP

There were some fireworks yesterday at a hearing held by the Joint Economic Committee between Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and Texas GOP Rep. Kevin Brady. In the video below from CNBC.com, Brady plainly stated Geithner should take responsibility for the state of the economy today and all but said he should resign.Geithner's immediate response: "Almost nothing of what you said represents a fair and accurate perception of where this economy is today." He then fell back on blaming the previous administration for the state of things. And that was just the beginning of the sparring match.

It's fun to watch the color rise in Geithner's face as he trades barbs with Rep. Brady.
