SIBOS NEWS: Fiserv Opens New Asia-Pac Support Center

Fiserv (Brookfield, Wis.) will now provide its Asia-Pacific clients with a dedicated regional support center in Singapore for those who use its Corillian Online banking product and its Mobile Money m-banking solution.

The new center will deliver local implementation and support expertise, complementing similar services already available at Fiserv locations in India and Australia. Fiserv online and mobile banking solutions are currently used by some of the largest banks in Malaysia, Thailand and Australia. The company says the new regional support will provide greater access to these and other Fiserv solutions and will provide local support to more financial institutions in the region.

"Fiserv's presence and knowledge of our region is key to understanding the technology preferences of today's current and emergent Asian banking consumers," said Karen Campbell, EVP, Bangkok Bank, in a statement. "Bangkok Bank uses Fiserv solutions to provide innovative and convenient electronic and mobile banking options to our customers."
