RDS SPECIAL: Epson Introduces CaptureOne Check Scanner for Branches

Epson expands branch capture solution.

The CaptureOne desktop check scanner is the newest addition to Epson's branch banking solution set. CaptureOne incorporates RDM Corporation's progressive Magnetic Ink Character Recognition (MICR) method for better read rates for back office and remote deposit capture applications. In addition, Epson's TM-J9000 teller capture solution also provides check processing for banks choosing to capture the check image at the point of presentment. The TM-J9000 is an integrated teller device that provides check and ID scanning, validation and receipt printing all in a single footprint.
