GMT Corp., a provider of enterprise workforce management and performance optimization solutions, and teller cash automation equipment company Talaris, announced their strategic partnership designed to improve branch efficiencies. The agreement enables both companies to jointly market their solutions and create unique technology integrations that can expand each company's footprint within a bank or credit union branch network. The purpose of the partnership will be to help financial institutions realize the benefits of integrating teller cash automation with workforce optimization technology. Specifically, GMT's workforce optimization solution, GMT Planet, will help an institution ensure it is adequately and appropriately staffed such that it can realize service-level objectives while reducing customer wait times.
