Mortgagebot Provides Mortgage Shopping iPhone App

Mortgagebot, an online, point-of-sale mortgage technology solutions provider, has introduced a free iPhone app (application program) for its mortgage-shopping Website, Mortgage Marvel. The company claims the new app has already generated a good deal of activity in its first six weeks on the market, including 30,000 rate-and-fee searches in this January.

Mortgage Marvel provides consumers with an online mortgage-shopping experience. With the availability of the related iPhone/iPod touch app, the company says it will be able to reach a broader ranger of users and potential customers for its lending clients using the mobile channel.

The application enables iPhone and iPod touch users to instantly view and compare accurate mortgage rates and fees from a nationwide group of trusted and respected banks and credit unions. According to Mortgagebot, users can enter a few property-related data points to obtain a selection of detailed mortgage quotes without requiring shopper to reveal any personal information.
