Digital Dialogue Adds Nine New Credit Unions in Q3 2008
Digital Dialogue (Auburn Hills, Mich.), a PSCU Financial Services company and nationwide provider of 24/7 call center operations and software solutions to credit unions, has added nine new clients in 2008, varying in asset size and geographic location .
Digital Dialogue offers total member service for credit union overflow, emergency response and 24/7 delivery through two separate channels: shared branch and a direct interface into the credit union's core system.

Digital Dialogue's client roster reaches across the United States and ranges in size from regional to national credit unions. Some of the company's new clients include Linthicum, Md.-based State Employees Credit Union with 250,000 members and $1.8 billion in assets, Merced, Calif.-based Patelco Credit Union with 236,000 members and $4.2 billion in assets, and Saratoga Springs, N.Y.-based Saratoga Federal Credit Union with 5,000 members and $28 million in assets.
