Customers Bank Launches Mobile Photo Bill Pay

The offering is part of the bank's enhancements to its mobile suite.

Pennsylvania-based Customers Bank today announced it is rolling out the Picture Pay mobile bill payment solution developed by Austin, Texas-based Malauzai Software to its customers.

The rollout is part of an enhancement to the bank's mobile offering, CB Access, which also includes mobile remote check deposit capabilities, a "quick access" feature that allows customers to view balances without logging in, and mobile money transfer between accounts.

“The enhanced CB Access mobile services suite is Customers Bank’s latest effort to build on our ‘high tech, high touch’ approach to customer service,” said Warren Taylor, President of Community Banking for Customers Bank, in a statement. "“We built our banking model on the belief that customers want simple, secure solutions to managing their banking needs. It’s our ability to provide and continuously improve on those solutions that has helped make us one of the fastest growing banks in the nation."

In August of this year, the $3.8 billion asset bank was listed as number 688 on the INC 5000 list of fastest growing companies.
