U.S. Bancorp Fund Services (Milwaukee) selected the Eagle STAR Web-based investment accounting system from Eagle, a division of Mellon Financial (Pittsburgh), to support the bank's mutual fund accounting and reporting needs.

** KeyBank Picks Procuri

KeyCorp (Cleveland) selected Procuri's (Atlanta) TotalSource on-demand supply management solution to streamline and automate strategic sourcing processes.

** West Coast Taps Innovest

West Coast Trust (Salem, Ore.) selected Innovest Systems' (New York) InnoTrust real-time accounting platform for real-time data and custom-reporting functionality, among other features.

** First National Banks on Metavante

DeQueen, Ark.-based First National Security Co. signed a deal for Metavante Banking Solutions' (Milwaukee) in-house core banking software, Bankway.

** Northpointe Picks ITI

Northpointe Bank (Grand Rapids, Mich.) will deploy the Premier core processing system from Brookfield, Wis.-based Fiserv's Information Technology Inc. (ITI) business unit.

** East West Taps Trintech

East West Bank (Los Angeles) selected Trintech's (Dallas) ReconNET to automate Federal Reserve reconciliations and the vendor's AssureNET to automate GL reconciliation, review and certification.

** CUNA Mutual Integrates Parsam

CUNA Mutual will integrate the new account opening and funding service from Parsam's (Memphis) uMonitor with its loanliner.com service, an Internet lending suite for credit unions.

** Triton Adds Visa

ATM transaction processor Calypso (Toronto), processor for Triton ATMs, has obtained approval from Visa (San Francisco) to accept Visa International cards at Visa-approved ATM locations. The deal also allows Visa branding to be applied to Calypso ATMs.

** ADP to Buy TaxAware

To expand its suite of tax and financial services offerings, ADP Employer Services (Roseland, N.J.) will purchase TaxAware, a provider of tax content and compliance solutions, from First Data (Denver) for $125 million.
