Wachovia Corp. (Raleigh, N.C.) renewed its deal with Fidelity Information Services (Jacksonville, Fla.), a division of Fidelity National Financial. FIS will continue to provide Wachovia and its subsidiaries, Home Equity Servicing Corp. and Wachovia Mortgage Corp., with software and services for their prime and subprime mortgage loans portfolio.
