- PULSE EFT, Houston, has acquired TYME, Brown Deer, Wis., to form a 22-state ATM network.

- Guaranty Bank, Milwaukee, has implemented telecommunications technology and services from Siemens, Germany and Norstan, Minneapolis, to link its headquarters with branch offices in Wisconsin and Illinois.

- New York Community Bancorp has signed a multiyear outsourcing agreement with Bisys, Little Falls, N.J., for core banking applications.

- Comerica, Detroit, has signed a five-year contract with EDS, Plano, Texas, to provide processing services for its fleet, corporate, purchasing and prepaid company payroll card accounts.

- Texaco Employees Federal Credit Union, Houston, has tapped, Atlanta, to provide mortgage banking services to its members in Atlanta, Miami, Houston and Charleston, S.C.

- Union Bank of California, San Francisco, has selected Fundtech Banker, a cash management software product from Fundtech, Jersey City, N.J., to deliver Web-enabled ACH services to its business customers.

- NYCE, Woodcliff Lake, N.J., has installed DataNavigator, a transaction processing software suite from eFunds, Scottsdale, Ariz., for EFT research, automated funds movement and exceptions management.

- Citizens Financial Group, Providence, R.I., has contracted with Concord EFS, Memphis, Tenn., for processing services including ATM driving, online debit card authorization, signature debit card processing and gateway access to debit networks.

- NextCard, San Francisco, has launched NextCard CreditExpert, an Internet-based credit management and education service provided by Experian, Orange, Calif.

- American Express, New York, is using Proton Prisma DP, a multi-application smart card management system from Proton World, Belgium, to issue its Java Card-based smart cards. Separately, American Express has tested and plans to implement a guaranteed financial transaction delivery system from Slam Dunk Networks, Redwood City, Calif.

- Wells Fargo, San Francisco, has launched WellsChoice Online, a full-service, Internet-based brokerage service.

- FirstMerit, Akron, Ohio, has launched e-Connect, a Web-based cash management service.

- Bank One, Chicago, is converting its check card portfolio to the Visa Debit Processing Service from Visa U.S.A., San Francisco.

- Gold Banc, Leawood, Kan., has selected, a hosted systems solution from SAP America, Newtown Square, Pa., to provide a common information platform across multiple business units.
