- Cullen/Frost Bankers, San Antonio, Texas, has signed an information technology outsourcing contract with Alltel, Little Rock, Ark.

- PNC Financial Services, Pittsburgh, has licensed e-commerce software from Ariba, Mountain View, Calif., to power an online B2B marketplace and to streamline its purchasing processes.

- Bank of America, Charlotte, N.C., has licensed the Customer Care Suite from WebTone Technologies, Atlanta, for its military bank subsidiary. Centura Banks, Rocky Mount, N.C., also licensed the Customer Care Suite.

- Wells Fargo, San Francisco, has launched WellsXchange, a suite of financial services supporting online B2B marketplaces.

- Dime Savings Bank, New York, will market the online trade processing system of TradeCard, New York, to its business customers.

- Bank of New York will market the online stock purchase and shareholder conversion services of BUYandHOLD, New York, to its stock transfer and depository receipt customers.

- City National Bank, Beverly Hills, Calif., has selected Intarsia, a customer relationship management solution from Sedona, King of Prussia, Pa.
