UniBank, Whitinsville, Mass., has licensed SERsynergy, a document management solution from SER Solutions, Dulles, Va., to manage customer account information. Hudson United Bank, Mahwah, N.J., is using SERsynergy to merge its COLD and document imaging systems.

Bank of America, Charlotte, N.C., has installed S1 Purchase Order Processing System, a trade finance system that it co-developed with S1, Atlanta.

Regions Financial, Birmingham, Ala., has contracted with Alltel, Little Rock, Ark., for mortgage processing services.

KeyCorp, Cleveland, has placed 90 banking applications and 20,000 workstations under the management of Radia, a software management system from Novadigm, Mahwah, N.J.

NetBank, Atlanta, has licensed Voyager, an online banking platform from Corillian, Portland, Ore.

Washington Mutual, Seattle, has contracted with Unisys, Blue Bell, Pa., to install and manage branch image capture devices.

U.S. Bank, Minneapolis, is delivering account information to business customers via e-mail and fax using messaging software from Xpedite, Tinton Falls, N.J.

MasterCard International, Purchase, N.Y., has selected Kansas City, Mo., as the site of a new back-up data center.

National City, Cleveland, has tapped Bisys, New York, to provide data processing services for its balance-forward retirement plans.

Atlantic Coast Federal, Waycross, Ga., has installed Centrum 9000, a voice response system from Maxxar, Detroit.
