Prior to starting BOLTZ, he served as the Executive VP and Chief Information and Technology Officer at Team Capital Bank, a $1 billion assetbank headquartered in Bethlehem, Pa., before it was acquired by Provident Bank of New Jersey. During his five-year tenure in thatrole, Desai transformed the information technology team into a profit center by commercializing the products and services that he and his team built for use internally to help the bank automate its operations across all areas of the bank. He also previously served as VP for Technology Infrastructure Services for PNC Financial Services, with more than $300 billion in assets.
