Celent's Jacob Jegher takes a look at TD Canada Trust's new "Shop MyAXS" web site. The site, accessible only by TD Visa cardholders, claims to offer deep discounts on brand name retail products. "The big question here is can TD encourage consumers to switch to a TD Visa by offering them shopping discounts?" Jegher writes. ---
