FSTC Names Business Continuity Co-Chair

Jeffrey Pinckard was appointed co-chair of the Business Continuity Standing Committee of the Financial Services Technology Consortium (FSTC). Pinckard currently is business recovery manager for U.S. Bank, the banking subsidiary of U.S. Bancorp (Minneapolis).

Yabuki Named Fiserv CEO

Jeffrey W. Yabuki was named president and CEO of Fiserv (Brookfield, Wis.). Yabuki formerly was EVP and COO for H&R Block. Prior to joining H&R Block in 1999, he spent 12 years with American Express.

Cole Taylor Hires Execs

Cole Taylor Bank (Rosemont, Ill.) appointed Paul Kogol as SVP in charge of banking center operations and Kevin Hughes as group SVP, commercial banking. Kogol formerly served as a district manager for Bank One. Hughes most recently was EVP of commercial lending for Associated Bank Chicago.

M&I Appoints SVP For UHNW Unit

Marshall & Ilsley Corp. (Milwaukee) named Gregg W. George SVP and director of Cedar Street Advisors, its new wealth management business unit for ultra-high-net-worth clients. George previously was a partner with The Ayco Company, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs.
