Northwestern Bank Selects Image Processing Platform

Northwestern Bank has selected the Summit.NET check image platform for item processing services.

Northwestern Bank, a Traverse City, Mich.-based community bank, has selected an image processing platform from Summit.NET (Jefferson City, Mo.), according to a press release.

The bank will use the platform as the foundation of its item processing services. Art Southerton, vice president at Northwestern Bank, said that the bank was looking for a .NET-based image processing solution that could help support its "I Can Do That" customer service culture.

"Summit.NET has certified integration software with our core vendor, which will simplify the installation process as well as ensure a stable operating environment," Southerton said in the release. "In addition, Summit has interfaced to our Internet Banking system, further strengthening their ability to deliver the tools to help us implement a new check imaging system and provide the level of service we are committed to deliver to our customers."
