Brady M. Cole to serve on NACHA Board of Directors; Jennifer L. Blevins joins AXA Financial as executive vice president in charge of Human Resources; David K. Chui has been named to the Board of Directors of Bridge Bank of Silicon Valley.

Brady M. Cole, the CFO of Navy Federal Credit Union, has been selected to serve on the Board of Directors for the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA). Cole fills a vacancy created by the retirement of John Kephart of Commerce Bank of Washington. He is responsible for all financial and investment activities of Navy Federal. Cole joined the credit union in 1996 as senior vice president, planning. Cole is Navy Federal's representative on the Mid-Atlantic Clearing House Association's Board of Directors.

Jennifer L. Blevins has joined AXA Financial, Inc., as executive vice president in charge of Human Resources, effective Jan. 2, 2002. Blevins has assumed responsibility for all Human Resources functions, including compensation, benefits, recruiting, training, employee relations, HR operations, HR management information systems and HR communications. She joins AXA Financial from Chubb & Son, where she was most recently senior vice president and managing director, Worldwide Human Resources. She has also held human resources positions for First Interstate Bank of California, Los Angeles, and First Chicago.

David K. Chui has been named to the Board of Directors of Bridge Bank of Silicon Valley N. A. Chui brings close to a quarter century of business experience to his new role as a director for the Valley's fastest-growing bank. He was one of the founders of Cupertino National Bank, and served on that bank's board from 1985 to 1998. Chui is currently CEO and president of San Jose- based real estate investment and development firm Pan-Cal.
