BofA Revamps MBNA U.K. Website

Bank of America Europe Card Services, which operates under the MBNA brand in the United Kingdom today announced the launch of its newly redesigned www.mbna.co.uk website.

Bank of America Europe Card Services, which operates under the MBNA brand in the United Kingdom today announced the launch of its newly redesigned www.mbna.co.uk website.

The updated site includes improvements to navigation, features to help customers determine which credit card is best suited to them, online account management and information on protecting accounts and understanding credit.

“We have listened to feedback from our customers and have redesigned our website to be more contemporary and customer-focused," said Richard Honey, eCommerce executive for Bank of America Europe Card Services. “An ever-increasing number of our customers use online channels to manage their credit card accounts, and the redesign of our website makes it easier to use. It contains more information for our customers and allows them to discover more about our products and services.”

MBNA Europe, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America Corp., said the newly relaunched website is one step among many aimed at changing the brand over the next several months.

“We are committed to providing simplicity and choice for our millions of customers," Honey added. "We will continue to work hard to make sure we deliver on their needs by supplying them with clear and relevant information.”
