--People's Bank, Bridgeport, Conn., has licensed ProfitVision, a profitability measurement system from HNC Software, San Diego.

--Commerce Bank, Kansas City, Mo., has tapped Metavante, Milwaukee, to provide wealth management services including trust processing, online trading and personal cash management.
