Fifth Third Bank, Cincinnati, has licensed Consumer Banking Solution, a Web banking system from Financial Fusion, Boston. Separately, Fifth Third has installed ImageMark Archive, an image capture and archiving system from NCR, Dayton, Ohio.

City National Bank, Los Angeles, has licensed Automated Clearing House Processing System, an electronic payments system from eFunds, Scottsdale, Ariz.

Charter One Bank, Cleveland, has installed InQuira 5, a customer self-service platform from InQuira, San Bruno, Calif.

KeyCorp, Cleveland, is using Click2Coach, an e-learning system from Envision Technology, Seattle, to train customer service agents.

FleetBoston Financial is converting to ImageMark Capture, an image processing system from NCR, Dayton, Ohio, to process ATM deposits.
